At Life Services, we value your privacy and are committed to treating your personal information with care, respect, and confidentiality. This notice also describes how you can get access to this information. This policy applies only to information gathered for purposes other than health care. A separate privacy policy applies to information gathered with respect to health care. We believe your trust matters and want to clearly explain our privacy practices. Please review it carefully.
