Is my visit confidential?

Yes! We hold your privacy in high regard. Your information is yours to share with who you choose to, when you choose. 

Can I bring a friend?

Yes! You are more than welcome to bring a support person if you would like. We’d like to offer you the chance to discuss any medical details privately with your nurse before your support person joins you in the exam room.

Do I need to bring anything?

It is helpful to bring your photo ID to your appointment, but we can serve you even if you aren't able to.

 

Do I need to make an appointment?

You are welcome to schedule ahead, or walk-in. (We have limited walk-in availability due to staffing, so your best chance to see a nurse at your desired time is to call ahead.)

What if I can't make it to my appointment?

If you need to reschedule, we understand! We would love it if you could give us a call, and we will adjust however we can to serve you best.

What if I have more questions?

We would love to answer any questions you have! Please call at 509-462-4000 to talk with a nurse or other team member.
