In all she does Glendie seeks to live out the calling God has on her life to “Make known what God has done and proclaim that His name is exalted.” Isaiah 12:4
As the Executive Director of Life Services Spokane, Glendie has had great opportunity to witness God transform lives for His purposes. Her own redemption story from abortion and abuse has fed her passion to see people set free to live emotionally-whole lives for Jesus.
Since stepping into the helm of Life Services in 2017, Glendie and her team have re-envisioned and launched a mini-mobile clinic ministry; added APR & well-women care to clinic services; led a ministry-wide rebrand campaign, launched a Fatherhood Program, Mentoring Program, and Restoration Program to see clients set free from isolation and mental health issues; created the Unexamined Life Workshop to teach the public how to speak about abortion with civility and just recently launched the LIFE Renovation Podcast which hosts meaningful conversations around faith, family & sexuality.
Glendie has been a pastor at North Church in Spokane, WA for the past 15 years and still serves on the speaking team. Before stepping into ministry, Glendie enjoyed many years as a high school teacher and athletic trainer. She is passionate about raising up the younger generation and setting them up for success in leadership
Glendie and her husband, John, have two young adult sons, a beautiful daughter-in-law and brand-new grandson.
